Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of CocoTechGlobal's website, products, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Services

CocoTech Global provides software engineering, AI development, cloud infrastructure, embedded systems, automation, and related technology services including:

  • Custom enterprise software development
  • AI and machine learning solutions
  • Cloud infrastructure and DevOps
  • Mobile and web application development
  • Embedded systems and IoT engineering
  • Business automation and workflow systems
  • UI/UX design and frontend engineering
  • Technology consulting and architecture

2. Client Engagements

2.1 Project Agreements

All client engagements are governed by separate project agreements, statements of work (SOW), or service contracts that specify scope, timelines, deliverables, and compensation.

2.2 Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide timely feedback, approvals, and required materials
  • Designate a primary point of contact for project communication
  • Ensure accuracy of requirements and specifications provided
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for custom work created specifically for a client are transferred as specified in the project agreement. CocoTech Global retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general methodologies. See our Intellectual Property page for details.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment schedules are outlined in individual project agreements
  • Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed
  • Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month
  • We reserve the right to pause work if payments are significantly overdue
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of an engagement. Confidentiality obligations survive termination for a period of two (2) years.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We provide a 30-day warranty period after delivery for bug fixes related to agreed specifications. See our Disclaimer page for additional information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement by mutual written agreement, with 30 days' written notice, or immediately upon material breach. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed to date.

9. Website Usage

When using our website, you agree not to attempt unauthorised access, use automated scraping tools, transmit malicious code, or interfere with the proper functioning of our systems.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CocoTech Global operates.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
