Introduction

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, all website content, branding, designs, software, documentation, and intellectual property owned by CocoTechGlobal remain the exclusive property of CocoTechGlobal.

1. Company Intellectual Property

The following are the exclusive property of CocoTech Global:

  • Company name, logos, trademarks, and branding elements
  • Website design, layout, graphics, and content
  • Internal products, platforms, and proprietary technologies
  • Frameworks, libraries, tools, and development methodologies
  • Documentation, specifications, and technical architectures
  • Marketing materials and published content

2. Client Work and Ownership

2.1 Transfer of Rights

Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for custom work created specifically for a client are transferred to the client as specified in the project agreement.

2.2 Retained Rights

CocoTech Global retains all rights to:

  • Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and libraries used in deliverables
  • General knowledge, skills, and experience gained during engagements
  • Non-client-specific code components and reusable modules
  • Development processes and methodologies

2.3 Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed, CocoTech Global retains the right to reference completed projects in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials in a manner that does not disclose confidential information.

3. Open Source

Where open-source components are used in deliverables, they remain subject to their respective licences. We disclose all open-source dependencies and ensure licence compatibility.

4. Third-Party Content

Some content on this website may include third-party materials used under licence. Such content remains the property of its respective owners.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our content
  • Use our branding or trademarks without authorisation
  • Reverse-engineer our proprietary software or systems
  • Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices

6. Reporting Infringement
